Can a standard brand name Cialis 20mg pill be dissolved in water or juice or soda? What if it is first crushed? Does it leave some of the medicine behind in the bottom or will it completely dissolve into the liquid once stirred in? What if it is not stirred in?

As with any medication, just follow the instructions on the package or certificate. If you pick a different way, you could end up with a different or less satisfactory outcome.
